Full curriculum overview
Every topic, every module, laid out clearly. Use this page to identify exactly which modules address the knowledge gaps you've identified in your own business.
Built for how new entrepreneurs actually learn
Most business education assumes you have time, a background in finance, and a willingness to sit through material that doesn't apply to you. We assume none of those things.
Each module is designed to be completed independently. The topics within each module build on each other logically, but you don't need Module 1 to understand Module 4. Pick the area where you feel least confident and start there.
All content is grounded in Croatian business practice. The forms, the terminology, the deadlines, and the institutions are the ones you actually deal with.
Business Finance Fundamentals
An introduction to the financial concepts that underpin every business decision. No prior knowledge assumed. Content is grounded in the Croatian obrt and j.d.o.o. context throughout.
Cash Flow Awareness
Understanding the difference between profitability and liquidity is one of the most practically useful things a small business owner can learn. This module makes it concrete.
Reading Financial Statements
Demystifying the documents your accountant produces. By the end of this module you will be able to read a balance sheet and income statement without needing someone to explain it to you.
Administrative Organisation
A practical system for managing the paperwork that Croatian business ownership generates. Covers both digital and physical document management with attention to legal requirements.
Communicating with Your Accountant
The most practical module in the programme. Covers the monthly cycle of documents, the terminology your accountant uses, and how to have productive conversations about your business finances.
